When their parent company’s People team decided all of their HR forms needed an overhaul, they contacted SFA to establish a clean look and feel.
Cooper Companies has 12,000+ employees and vast amounts of HR paperwork. Their People team was dissatisfied with the look and functionality of their HR documents, so they tasked SFA Marketing with providing a new and consistent aesthetic and system. We created a cohesive system of design templates for HR forms and educational materials including documentation for onboarding, PTO, family leave, talent acquisition, employee benefits and more.
